We can care for your house, whether you are here full or part time
Provide handyman services for your house, and

You are in your beautiful house, but perhaps not here full-time yet. Call the Platinum Home Care Services team to provide maintenance of your house, including:

• Site visits to provide "wellness checks" - check interior and exterior for leaks,bring in mail, run water through drains and in dishwashers and laundry washing machines, check that wine rooms and chillers are functioning, check that HVAC units are functioning, check for rodent activity, evaluate storm damage, landscape erosion, window breakage, and any other concerns
• Oversight of pest control providers
• Oversight of pool maintenance providers
• Oversight of landscape maintenance providers, or use our in-house program
• Alarm monitoring and response for alarm calls
• Meeting your deliveries and service providers at your house

We can also provide arrival and departure services for homeowners, including

• Raise and lower thermostats
• Raise and lower temperatures for hot water tanks
• Verify proper operation of lights, bbqs, appliances prior to your arrival
• Bring waste and recycling containers curbside and return them
• Arrange housekeeping services
• Arrange delivery of groceries, fresh flowers
• Arrange renewal of car license tags (with proper written permission from the owners)

We can also provide year-round services, the goal of which is that you always arrive to a fully functioning home. This includes

• Changing HVAC filters and arranging seasonal cleaning and checkups
• Changing light bulbs and smoke detector batteries
• Seasonal cleaning of windows, both inside and outside
• Changing water filters in water conditioning systems
• Yearly carpet cleaning, if needed
• Yearly or bi-annually tile cleaning and sealing, if needed
• Evaluation of exterior paint and stain, re-oiling wood as needed

Our team includes professionals skilled in construction and warranty work for our homes. Since the odds are good that we built your house, we are uniquely qualified to maintain it. And if we didn't build it, our experience in construction gives us an edge over other providers in terms of getting fast, qualified, professional work for your house.

Our team is in Desert Mountain, Whisper Rock, and Silverleaf virtually every day of the week, so we can respond quickly to an emergency, and we don't add any surcharges for fuel or being on-site, we only charge for the time we are working at your house.

Note - Weather Impacting Roofs, Doors, and Windows!!!

Our houses are built with the best materials and craftmanship, but in storms with rain and wind there can be intrusion as gaskets shrink over time, wind blows rainwater in places it's never been before, and door thresholds are overwhelmed by the volume of water.

Grab some towels and soak up extra moisture that seeps in, especially carpeting or wood floors. And if you have a roof leak please reference the phone numbers below. Please utilize your homeowners warranty manual to determine the roofing company that worked on your house, and if you don't see the company listed here call the office and see if Terri (x 214) can look it up for you.

Foam Roof Warranties are generally 10 years, provided you had an inspection at 5 years. Tile Roof Warranties are two years.
