Note - Weather Impacting Roofs, Doors, and Windows!!!

Our houses are built with the best materials and craftmanship, but in a storm like yesterday's rain and wind there can be intrusion as gaskets shrink over time, wind blows rainwater in places it's never been before, and door thresholds are overwhelmed by the volume of water.

Grab some towels and soak up extra moisture that seeps in, especially carpeting or wood floors. And if you have a roof leak please reference the phone numbers below. Please utilize your homeowners warranty manual to determine the roofing company that worked on your house, and if you don't see the company listed here call the office and see if Terri (x 214) can look it up for you.

Foam Roof Warranties are generally 10 years, provided you had an inspection at 5 years.
Tile Roof Warranties are two years.
