Should you wish to have a scale model created or the community your home will be built in requires a model, Platinum Homes will have one developed which places your home in the site. Scale models may be created in a simple massing format or show great detail.

3. Budget & Contract

Platinum Homes ensures the buyer's peace of mind by establishing a buyer-approved firm budget. Once the buyer has made all of the necessary decisions, a contract will be written reflecting exactly what the buyer has specified.

4. Construction Drawings

Once all preliminary work is approved, final drawings of your dream home are created. Platinum Homes' work for you in the phase includes:

• Vegetation survey and salvage report
• Civil engineering including grading, drainage, natural open space requirements, etc.
• Project plans, elevations and specification
• Structural engineering associated with the foundation, framing, etc., all within the permit requirements of the local government agencies
