Platinum Homes is an award-winning design / builder of custom luxury homes. Located in Scottsdale, Arizona, Platinum Homes has a professional team oriented approach to providing the high level of design, value, service and quality expected in upscale homes. Platinum Homes uses several key ingredients to allow luxury-home buyers to achieve their goals in an expedient process:

1. The home is analyzed before construction by our interior design team to review functionality and livability, with a furniture plan provided.
2. The selections of finishes for the home are done in a thorough series of meetings in a short period of time.
3. Any specific details or customized features are sketched and confirmed by the client.
4. The project is maintained on schedule, with any cost updates provided on a regular basis. All cost increased are approved by the client prior to implementation.
5. Construction draws are handled professionally, on time, and with appropriate lien waivers provided.
6. Site inspections with the client are encouraged, and we are very happy to schedule these for you.
7. We use subcontractors who have excellent credentials and have worked with us in the past, while normally having at least two available subcontractors per trade.
8. After drywall is complete, we will give a firm closing date that we will meet.
9. Upon closing, a Platinum Homes representative will visit you regularly until you are familiar with all aspects of the home and its operation.
10. A complete homeowner package will be presented to you at closing providing all the operation, maintenance, and warranty aspects of your home in one neat portfolio.

Our professional organization uses a carefully planned process to guide buyers through all phases of the project, with minimal time and maximum results. We have built homes for clients who are occasional visitors to the area during construction, and for those who are here full time during the construction process. We communicate promptly and clearly during all phases so you know the progress of your home's construction. The systems we employ have been carefully designed and employed in many prior homes to assure a successful result - a happy luxury home customer.

Platinum Homes is a respected name among custom home builders, having built homes in the north Scottsdale area since 1999 and prior to then for over ten years as Reese Classic Homes. Members of our team have collectively been involved in the construction of over a thousand homes, more than two hundred of which are custom homes. Current projects include homes from around $1 million to over $5 million. Our high level of project management insures the quality and correctness of the work we do. We pride ourselves in our seamless process from start to finish, a process which includes your two-person construction team, the architect, the landscape designer, your interior designer, and homeowners association representatives. Our customer service is unique, offering our buyers an excellent opportunity to get to know their home through a specialized move-in process, and we provide continuing care through our warranty service.

We install the latest systems for our customers to enjoy - from home theaters to structured wiring, computer rooms to phone systems, exceptional kitchens to luxury baths, and home automation to comforting security.
