Company Biographies
Lisa
Tate, President: In
addition to earning an architecture degree from the Catholic University of
America, Lisa has experience since 1995 in design, architecture, and construction. She
has designed, constructed, and installed several unique details for architectural
firms and also co-owned a professional architecture and furniture making
firm for several years. Her specialties include all that goes along
with running a small business as well as presentation of drawings, managing
several projects at once, and structuring organization among team members
through the design process.
Terri
Harris, Operations Manager: A
graduate of the University of Illinois School of Business, Terri has worked
in the organizational field since 1995 with experience in small business
management and puts major emphasis on interoffice communications. She
coordinates the Warranty Department at Platinum Homes and is committed
to excellent customer
service. She keeps the Platinum Homes Team well informed of the details on
each project and is also responsible for the company systems and procedures. Terri
is winner of our "Award
for Best Platitude Attitude" - Congratulations!
Bruce
Aylward, Warranty and Field Manager :
Bruce brings a varied background to Platinum, including experience in cabinetry
and wood pattern making having spent eleven years in that trade as an owner.
Since he transplanted from the Midwest in 2004 as a facilities manager, Bruce
is responsible for all of the warranty work on our completed homes. He
says
he looks forward
to the challenges that the desert presents. Bruce
is winner of our "Award for Most Likely to Go Above and Beyond the Call
of Duty" -

Judy
Acino, Home Care, Sales, Marketing, IT, and Project Manager: Judy
comes to Platinum with an engineering background in Computer Science, having
worked in telecommunications and also owning her own software company.
She has many roles in the company, including project management, sales,
and
IT. Her software background helps to keep the company's computing systems
and website up and running, and a broad understanding of the design / build
process helps both clients and team members. Judy is a licensed Realtor
and can assist clients with purchasing property or assist investment clients
with selling their homes. As project manager, Judy helps Platinum's clients
through the design process and successful construction, assisting with
specification of selections and ensuring that designer ideas are implemented
during construction.
Tiffany
Pixler, Project Manager: Tiffany
has worked in the Interior Design, Architectural, Structural Engineering
and Construction business either designing, drafting, or managing projects
since 2003. Her education includes receipt of a diploma as
an Architectural Imaging Specialist. She helps the Platinum Team think of
new and innovative ways of making our business better every day. Her many
artistic talents along with a great working attitude and desire to learn
are a great benefit to the Platinum Team.
Cris
Brock, Construction Manager: Cris
has worked since 1985 in carpentry and field management areas. He adds a
keen eye towards the quality of each home and has performed most trades
during
his
construction
career. Cris uses the computer systems to monitor job progress and
provide task lists for project contractors. He has recently completed
his Superintendent Designation through the National Home Builder Association.
Dale Lesperance,
Construction Manager: Dale
is a dedicated residential construction manager, working since 1980 in residential
building. He is committed to achieving Platinum Homes excellence
and
client satisfaction.
His background includes all phases of construction, from plans through inspections,
and includes construction aspects of budgeting, manpower allocation, logistics,
and scheduling. His background includes Construction Management Certification
and Home Builders Association of Central Arizona Superintendent certification,
and he is proficient in technology tools of Project and other Office applications.
He is a Master Graduate of Rapport Leadership International which has helped
him excel in coordination between trades, vendors, designers, architects, and
clients. Dale is a tremendous asset to the Platinum Homes team. Dale
is winner of our "2007 award for Best Team Player" - Congratulations!
Jonni DeAnda, Accounting Manager : Jonni comes to Platinum with a strong background in Construction Accounting and helps keep our trades, our clients, and our company's accounting running smoothly.
Ashley Reese, Furnish First : Ashley's background is solid in project management, a position she held at Platinum Homes for several years prior to starting her own design company, Furnish First. Ashley enjoys researching the latest trends in design and technology, and provides direction for clients to build the highest standard of design elements in their homes.
Dave
Reese, Principal: A civil engineer
from Penn State University, Dave has worked in the construction industry
since 1980. Dave is founder of Reese Custom Residences and Reese
Classic Homes in the Chicago area custom and luxury home markets. Reese
Classic Homes of Scottsdale has been operating in Arizona since 1990,
and in 1999 it became Platinum Homes, Inc. Dave has superior
design/build skills to assess the needs of the customer and the project,
making
all factors work for Platinum Homes' clients. Dave also works
with investors for speculative projects with Platinum Homes.
